Kremlin, Moscow, 2022:
On one of the best sunsets during my time in Moscow, I saw this incredible sunset which created the best backlight for this scene of landmarks to show and pop-out like silhouettes. The Kremlin as you never saw it before
One of my favorite pictures of almost 2 months living in Moscow City. The sunsets during the summer time ( august) have some of the most stunning colors and, a new moon setting behind the famous scenic Redsquare, has a strong story to tell during these times of war.
Moscow city during yesterdays sunset.
Although I ain’t no fan of city life and much more in love with nature, I can find beauty in this. Interesting here in this image is the old building in front from the Sovjet times and the skyscrapers behind them. An unreal scene that shows 2 different times
Softtone image of the kremlin in central Moscow. The sky was burning with pinky colors on a summer night and the boats on the moscowriver float in a moving motion to show russian people the city from the water.
Captured at the right moment, before the sun was completely set behind the cityscape of moscow, and captured between the top roofs of the St. Basil's Cathedral Храм Василия Блаженного, a Starburst was formed by my 400mm telelens using a F40 aperture
A sunset on the bridge, facing the Cathedral of the Archangel in moscow centre.
On the bridge over the Moscow river, with the Kremlin on the other side, you will have the best view during sunset when the lights turn on all over Moscow and see this Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building light-up like an huge eye-catcher to show the Russian architecture from the 1945-1950th.

A multiple starburst created by the sun behind the silhouettes of the kremlin’s towers and the Basilius cathedral
The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow is one of the most stunning and iconic landmarks in the city, and a must-see destination for any photography enthusiast. The current cathedral, which was rebuilt in the 1990s, stands on the site of the original cathedral built in the 19th century, which was destroyed on the orders of Stalin in 1931.
The cathedral's grandeur and architectural details make it an excellent subject for photographers. The gleaming white stone façade is adorned with intricate carvings and multiple domes, creating an impressive and majestic sight. Visitors can also capture the stunning mosaics and frescoes that adorn the interior, as well as the intricate details of the iconostasis and the beautiful chandeliers.
During the daytime, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour provides a great opportunity to capture the interplay of light and shadow on its architectural details, while at night, the cathedral is beautifully illuminated, creating a magical and ethereal atmosphere.
Another photographic opportunity is capturing the people visiting the cathedral, the contrast of the grand architecture and the human element adds a dynamic and interesting aspect to the photographs.
Overall, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour is a must-see destination for any photography enthusiast visiting Moscow. Its grandeur and architectural details make it an ideal subject, while the changing light and atmosphere throughout the day provide endless opportunities for capturing stunning photographs.
