For a yoga teacher - Alyona - I’ve done this shoot on Bali.
A lot of incredible nice pictures I’ve made during this shoot - due to the perfect weather conditions, the golden light and a very good model.

A great leader and very passionate person. Marthijn Koorn, the commercial director of Pentas Moulding has grew the company to new highs and has managed the growth very well in the past 10 years.
He is a charismatic person that is both diplomatic, attentive as also straightforward.
During the tour, one of the group leaders is Marthijn Koorn. He is the commercial director and therefore the face of Pentas.
He knows the factory from inside out as he works there already 10 years and built most of the IT software that has increased the efficiency of the company

Marthijn has the ability to make people want to listed to him and follow him. It’s a natural talent and in this image you can see clearly that he has a way with people.
These immigrants, from the age of 20 until 65 years old, were very interested in what the CCO had to say about the different parts of the business.

Pentas Moulding was kind enough to take a group of 35 immigrants from different countries and different backgrounds, and host them in their factory to show them around the different stations and possible workplaces. After the tour, all the participants were handed out these lovely cups with their names handwritten on them.
At pentas there is a great working ethos and atmosphere.
I myself have been an entrepreneur for over 17 years and I am surprised about the level of job and passion those volks go to work and how much fun they have whilst doing that heavy factory work.
A great way to show migrants the job is to see the people at work in the factory.
This is the factory of Pentas Moulding where 11 ovens run 24/5 per week to produce high quality plastic products, from a variety of industries such as toilets, waterreservoirs, tanks, lights, fenders and many more.
A worker doing his best to deliver yet another piece of handcrafted plastic. The rotation process sometimes leaves behind small defects and other unwanted side-effects that need attention and repairing. Here all is done by hand to optimize the quality and the precision.
